SATURDAY, APRIL 26, John James Audubon's 223rd Birthday Walk:  Meet Leader, Donna Emmons, at 8:00 AM in the Greenway and Nature Center parking lot (11th Street west off Pueblo Blvd).  Other possible sites are Valco Ponds west to Pueblo Reservoir and City Park area.  There is a $3.00 charge for parking at the Nature Center and a State Parks pass (annual or $5.00 per day) is required for vehicle entry into Lake Pueblo State Park.  Bring lunch if you wish to bird into the afternoon.  Contact Donna at 719-369-9704 or emmons7@yahoo.com.

4th SATURDAY BIRDWALKS at the GREENWAY AND NATURE CENTER OF PUEBLO: These wonderful birding hikes take place at the same place every 4th Saturday of the month from 8:00 - 11;00 AM. 

These hikes are great for birders of all levels of experience - novice to expert. Also, they are suitable for all ages since they are not very physically demanding.  Call Donna Emmons, 676-5666, or the Center office, 549-2414, if you have questons.  C'mon, don't be bashful.
