The Rocky Ford CBC (compiled by Stan Oswald) was held on Dec 19th, with ten observers in five parties.

New species for the count were: Yellow-bellied Sapsucker (adult female in Rocky Ford); "Red" Fox Sparrow (one at Rocky Ford SWA); Lincoln 's Sparrow (one at Rocky Ford SWA); and Purple Finch (three at Rocky Ford SWA).

Other things of note that were found were: Greater White-fronted Goose (3); Greater Scaup (1); White-winged (5) and Inca (6) Doves; Barn (2), Western Screech- (1), and Long-eared Owls (1); Pygmy Nuthatch (2); Savannah (3) and White-throated Sparrows (1); Yellow-headed (1) and Rusty Blackbirds (3); and Red Crossbill (2).  Hopefully I didn't forget anything.
